How is the lesson going?
The lesson lasts 2.5 hours.
The maximum group size is 2 people.
- The lesson begins with a warm-up and a theory. Practice on the beach,how to stand up and fell into the water correctly.
- Start lesson in the water under protection of instructor.
- Break - 20 minutes.The instructor will analysis the mistakes during break.
- Back to the water and keep practicing.

Surfboard, leash (a special cord that attaches the surfboard to your leg), zinc (a special sunscreen paste for the face), lycra/roshgard (long sleeves).
Theory and practice on the beach and in the water
